FALL 2024 Schedule

Mothers In Christ invites you to be reinvigorated in faith and fellowship this Fall! 

Each Monday meeting provides an opportunity for prayer, spiritual sisterhood, and personal growth, as we explore topics that are important and relevant to Christian women and mothers of all ages. Meetings commence with a group prayer and light breakfast, followed by a guest speaker or faith-focused discussion, social time and closing prayer. Throughout the year we also offer confession, social brunches, moms' nights out and summer playgroups for moms with younger children.

SEPTEMBER

9 - Welcome Back Brunch and spotlight on the National Eucharistic Congress with Carmen Reid

16 - Ziba Graham, retired marriage counselor, author and long-time MIC favorite, shares his wit and wisdom on marriage and the differences between men and women

23 - Supporting Moms Who Choose LIFE - Featuring guest speakers from Generations Ahead and Bethany Christian Services who work with teen parents, birth moms, adoptive families and more

30 - Jane Kipke discusses characteristics of the Four Temperaments and how they relate to children

OCTOBER

7 – Fr. Liby Valiyaveettil Joy of St. Francis and Fr. Cleetus Koochikkatt of Christ the King share about the Catholic Church in India and their experiences in the U.S.

21 - Liz Gengle from Heart of the Interior Life ministry speaks about Discernment of Spirits: Introduction to the 14 Rules

28 - Fr. Christopher Jarvis, recent graduate of Formator Training with the John Paul II Healing Center, speaks about “Building Up The Bride With Christ”
